With fast flowing, year round water and an excellent 2-wheel drive dirt road that follows the river (USF #667 off of highway 160), you will find that this is a perfect place to mine by yourself in seclusion - or bring the whole family and have a blast in the great outdoors! The river ranges in width from 20 to 45 feet across, and I would estimate its depth ranges from 2 feet to 5 feet deep. The road runs from 30 feet to 150 feet away from the river.
